Reservation Policies

• Confirmation
  
  To make your reservation, it is necessary to prepay 30% of the total cost required for your accommodation, via:
  • Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Deposit to the following Bank account

    Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the prepayment.
  
   
• Cancellation
  
  If your reservation is cancelled:
  • 40 or more days prior to the arrival date, the prepayment is fully refunded (any costs incurred by the client)
  • 25 to 39 days prior to the arrival date, 40% of the prepayment is refunded (any costs incurred by the client)
  • 24 or less days prior to the arrival date, the prepayment is not refunded.
  • No show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the total cost of the stay.
